Sir, my friend(41years old) is suffering from infertility, his sperm count is 20.1million/ml, pH is 6.5, motility is 30%, volumme is 1.2m/s, abnormality is 60%, viscosity is hypo-viscous,epithioelcells is 1-2,colour is cream, PUS cells is 3-5, dead sperm is 10% (amorphous head forms) please what can be done in this senerio? will he be able to get a woman pregnant?

Dear Dr. My husbend had varacocoel, now after 6 months of varicoelectmy, no improvement in Activity, which is still 0%, but count has increased to 80million(previosly was 50 million, viability is only 15% , which are also sluggish. should we underg IVF, is it having a success rate?
